Noryn Lau
Noryn Lau, 16, is now a Junior, Class of 2004. So far she has skated only at the Ice Palace which she started doing at the early age of four years old. She has passed Novice Moves in the Field and is working hard on her short-term goal: to pass Intermediate Free Skate. Her long-term goal is to pass Senior Free Skate.
While Noryn doesn't really have a favorite spin, she definitely has favorite jumps: "The jumps that I can land!!!" What are her favorite things about skating? "Seeing my ice skating friends, my favorite coaches Nani and Tom, and being able to do tricks on the ice that many people can't do." Noryn's hobbies include "going out with my friends, checking up on my AA (asianavenue) page, boogie boarding at Waikiki and sleeping."
